A consignment note for transportation of goods shall be made:
- 1 In three counterparts and signed by the consignor and the carrier, and the first counterpart shall remain with the consignor, the second shall be attached to the cargo and the third shall be reserved by the carrier
- 2 In two counterparts and signed by the carrier and the consignee, and the first counterpart remains with the carrier, and the second one shall be delivered to the consignee together with delivery of the goods

საქართველოს სამოქალაქო კოდექსის 673-ე მუხლის პირველი პუნქტის თანახმად, ტვირთის გადაზიდვისათვის ზედნადები დგება სამ ცალად, რომელთაც ხელს აწერენ გამგზავნი და გადამზიდველი. პირველი პირი რჩება გამგზავნს, მეორე თან ერთვის ტვირთს, მესამეს კი იტოვებს გადამზიდველი.
