საქართველოს სამოქალაქო კოდექსის 674-ე მუხლის მე-2 პუნქტის „ა“, „ბ“ და „გ“ ქვეპუნქტების თანახმად, საჭიროებისას ზედნადები უნდა შეიცავდეს დამატებით მონაცემებს: - დ. ტვირთის ღირებულებას და მიწოდებისადმი განსაკუთრებული ინტერესის აღნიშვნას; - ე. გამგზავნის მითითებებს გადამზიდველის მიმართ ტვირთის დაზღვევის შესახებ; - ზ. გადამზიდველისათვის გადაცემული საბუთების ჩამონათვალს.
