According to the Georgian Code of Administrative Offences, while driving a vehicle, non-use of seatbelts by the driver or front passenger will result in:
- 1 Imposing penalty to the vehicle driver or front passenger in the amount of 20 GEL
- 2 Imposing penalty to the vehicle driver in the amount of 60 GEL
- 3 Imposing penalty to the vehicle driver in the amount of 40 GEL

საქართველოს ადმინისტრაციული სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 1181-ე მუხლის თანახმად, ავტოსატრანსპორტო საშუალებით მოძრაობისას მძღოლის ან მის გვერდით მჯდომი მგზავრის მიერ უსაფრთხოების ღვედის გამოუყენებლობა- გამოიწვევს ავტოსატრანსპორტო საშუალების მძღოლის დაჯარიმებას 40 ლარის ოდენობით.
