According to the Georgian Code of Administrative Offences, driving the vehicle by violation of the rule regarding fixing of the identification mark on the vehicle, will result in:
- 1 Imposing penalty to the driver in the amount of 50 GEL
- 2 Imposing penalty to the driver or the company in the amount of 50 GEL
- 3 Imposing penalty to the driver or the company in the amount of 100 GEL

საქართველოს ადმინისტრაციული სამართალდარღვევათა კოდექსის 125-ე მუხლის მე-6³ ნაწილის თანახმად, სატრანსპორტო საშუალებაზე საცნობი ნიშნის დამაგრების წესის დარღვევით მოძრაობა - გამოიწვევს მძღოლის ან საწარმოს დაჯარიმებას 50 ლარის ოდენობით.
