„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის პირველი დანართის მე-3 თავის (ამკრძალავი ნიშნები) 3.12 პუნქტის თანახმად საგზაო ნიშანი 3.12 „ღერძზე დატვირთვის შეზღუდვა” - კრძალავს იმ სატრანსპორტო საშუალებით მოძრაობას, რომლის ფაქტობრივი დატვირთვა რომელიმე ღერძზე აღემატება ნიშანზე აღნიშნულს.
