„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 5-ე მუხლის მე-3 პუნქტის თანახმად, ავტომატარებელი − სატვირთო ავტომობილის 750 კგ-ზე მეტი ნებადართული მაქსიმალური მასის მქონე მისაბმელთან/მისაბმელებთან კომბინაცია.
