How may a bus driver act, if one of the passengers behaves aggressively and disturbs other passengers?
- 1 The driver must tell the passengers that he/she is going to call the police, and if the passenger continues aggressive behaviour, to drop him/her off the bus forcedly
- 2 The driver should call the aggressive passenger for calm and warn that otherwise he/she is going to call the police. If the passenger does not calm down and the situation becomes dangerous, the driver must call the police
- 3 Brake abruptly for intimidation of the aggressive passenger

თუ ერთ-ერთი მგზავრი იქცევა აგრესიულად და აწუხებს სხვა მგზავრებს ავტობუსის მძღოლმა სიმშვიდისკენ უნდა მოუწოდოს აგრესიულად განწყობილ მგზავრს, და გააფრთხილოს რომ წინააღმდეგ შემთხვევაში გამოიძახებს პოლიციას. თუ მგზავრი არ დამშვიდდა და სიტუაცია ხდება საფრთხის შემცველი, მძღლმა უნდა დარეკოს პოლიციაში.
