„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 49-ე მუხლის მე-12 პუნქტის თანახმად, უკუსვლის მაშუქის ჩართვა ნებადართულია, მხოლოდ იმ შემთხვევაში, როცა სატრანსპორტო საშუალება ახორციელებს ან აპირებს უკუსვლით მოძრაობას.
