According to the European Agreement concerning the Work of Crews of Vehicles engaged in International Road Transport (AETR), if a driver drives the vehicle equipped with control device, he/she shall be able to submit the record about driving and rest period:
- 1 In case of analogue tachograph, for the current day only
- 2 In any case, for the current day and for prevous 28 calendar days
- 3 In case of digital tachograph, for previous 14 calendar days

„საერთაშორისო საავტომობილო მიმოსვლის მწარმოებელი სატრანსპორტო საშუალებების ეკიპაჟის მუშაობის შესახებ“ ევროპული შეთანხმების (AETR) თანახმად, თუ მძღოლი მართავს საკონტროლო მოწყობილობით აღჭურვილ სატრანსპორტო საშუალებას მას უნდა შეეძლოს წარადგინოს ჩანაწერები მართვისა და დასვენების დროის შესახებ, რომელიც უნდა მოიცავდეს მიმდინარე დღეს და წინა 28 კალენდარულ დღეს.
