საქართველოს სამოქალაქო კოდექსის 674-ე მუხლის პირველი პუნქტის „დ“, „ვ“ და „თ“ ქვეპუნქტების თანახმად, ზედნადები უნდა შეიცავდეს შემდეგ მონაცემებს: - დ. ტვირთის გადაცემის დღესა და ადგილს, ასევე ტვირთის მიტანის ადგილს; - ვ. ტვირთის სახეობის ჩვეულებრივ სახელწოდებასა და შეფუთვის სახეს, საფრთხეშემცველი ტვირთების დროს, მათ საყოველთაოდ აღიარებულ აღნიშვნას; - თ. ტვირთის წონას ან სხვაგვარად აღნიშნულ რაოდენობას.
