Upon receipt of the cargo, the carrier shall be obliged to check:
- 1 None of the given answers in the test is true
- 2 All of the above-mentioned data and circumstances
- 3 Unit amount of the cargo, accuracy of the data provided in the consignment note regarding their marks and numbers only
- 4 Appearance of the cargo and its packaging only

საქართველოს სამოქალაქო კოდექსის 676-ე მუხლის პირველი პუნქტის „ა“ და „ბ“ ქვეპუნქტების თანახმად, გადამზიდველი ვალდებულია ტვირთის მიღებისას შეამოწმოს: - ა. ტვირთის ცალობრივი რაოდენობა, მათი ნიშნებისა და ნომრების შესახებ ზედნადებში აღნიშნულ მონაცემთა სისწორე; - ბ. ტვირთისა და მისი შეფუთვის გარეგნული მდგომარეობა.
