If the carrier is liable to pay damages for loss of the cargo in whole or in part, then compensation of the damage shall be calculated:
- 1 According to the maximum price of cargo of similar type, fixed within the period from commencement of shipping until its completion
- 2 According to the price of the cargo applicable at the place and by the time of delivery of the cargo
- 3 According to the applicable cargo price on the place and by the time of delivery of the cargo to the consignee

საქართველოს სამოქალაქო კოდექსის 692-ე მუხლის პირველი ნაწილის თანახმად, თუ გადამზიდველი ვალდებულია ტვირთის მთლიანად ან ნაწილობრივ დაკარგვისათვის აანაზღაუროს ზიანი, მაშინ ზიანის ანაზღაურება გამოითვლება ტვირთის გადაცემის ადგილსა და დროს მოქმედი ტვირთის ფასის მიხედვით.
