When conveying the passengers in a duly arranged body of lorry, prior to proceeding, a driver must:
- 1 Is required to perform all of the requirements listed in given test
- 2 If number of passengers exceed the number of seats in a body, instructions must be given on the allocation procedures of standing passengers in the body
- 3 Instruct the passengers on boarding and allocation procedures on the body, as well as start driving after making sure in observation of all conditions for safe conveyance of the passengers

„საგზაო მოძრაობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონის 46-ე მუხლის მე-5 პუნქტის თანახმად, სატვირთო ავტომობილის ძარათი გადასაყვან მგზავრთა რაოდენობა არ უნდა აღემატებოდეს დასასხდომად მოწყობილი ადგი¬ლე¬ბის რაოდენობას. მგზავრობის დაწყების წინ სატვირთო ავტომობილის მძღოლი ვალდებულია მგზავრებს ჩაუტაროს ინსტრუქ¬ტაჟი ჩასხდომისა და ძარაზე განლაგების წესის შესახებ. მძღოლმა მხოლოდ მაშინ უნდა დაიწყოს მოძრაობა, როცა დარწმუნდება, რომ მგზავრთა უსაფრთხოდ გადაყვანის ყველა პირობა დაცულია.
