“Overtaking” means:

1. 1 Faster motion of the vehicle in the concurrent traffic lanes than the vehicles moving in the lines adjacent to the edges of driveway
2. 2 Overtaking one or several preceding vehicles driving in the same direction in the same lane, by leaving the taken lane
3. 3 Driving round one or several oncoming vehicles in neigbour traffic lane

Using audible and light signals during proceeding towards other traffic participants:

1. 1 Does not entitle priority to the driver over operative vehicles only
2. 2 Entitles priority to the driver
3. 3 Does not entitle priority to the driver
4. 4 Entitles priority to the driver over those specific traffic participants, towards which these audible and light signals are used

If during overtaking there appears an obstruction of hazard, of which a driver could not be aware before starting to overtake, the driver shall be obliged:

1. 1 To stop overtaking
2. 2 To increase speed, in order to finish maneuvering in due time
3. 3 To give honk and go on overtaking maneuver
